Terms of Use for BLKMRKTMedia Brand Images and Logos: By using any of BLKMRKTMedia’s trademarks, logos, or assets, you accept and agree to comply with the terms set forth in these Terms of Use of BLKMRKTMedia Brands (“Terms”), or as expressly permitted by BLKMRKTMedia. You further acknowledge that BLKMRKTMedia may take action against unauthorized or use that is considered infringement and does not conform to these Terms. BLKMRKTMedia is the sole owner of the “BLKMRKTMedia” marks, and you will not challenge or interfere with BLKMRKTMedia’s rights in any of them, including challenging BLKMRKTMedia’s use and registration of its BLKMRKTMedia trademarks. Any/all partitions associated with your use of the BLKMRKTMedia trademarks should familiarize audiences exclusively with BLKMRKTMedia and its content. When using any BLKMRKTMedia logos or trademarks, you must clearly identify that they are trademarks of BLKMRKTMedia. You may not misuse, dilute, or alter the BLKMRKTMedia trademarks in a way that would tarnish BLKMRKTMedia’s namesake. Ex. Do not change the authorized color schemes and/or fonts, make them indistinguishable, etc. You cannot use “BLKMRKTMedia” trademarks in a manner that implies that BLKMRKTMedia has sponsored or endorsed without written permission or license obtained directly from BLKMRKTMedia. BLKMRKTMedia may modify these Terms or revoke permission to use the BLKMRKTMedia trademarks at any time. Except for the limited right to use the BLKMRKTMedia trademarks for the specified purposes under these Terms, no other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise. BLKMRKTMedia provides these Terms “as is” and disclaims any warranties either expressed or implied by law regarding BLKMRKTMedia’s trademarks including warranties of non-infringement. These Terms shall be governed by California law. What is allowed? Photos and files located on the BLKMRKTMedia Assets page can be used for free with appropriate attribution located in “Terms”. What is not allowed? Do not redistribute or sell BLKMRKTMedia assets. Logos and other files are for personal and professional use in direct relation to the goodwill of BLKMRKTMedia. Do not imply endorsement of your product in using BLKMRKTMedia assets or logos.
